RETURNS:
Thank you for shopping with Hello Harper! All of our products are custom and made just for you! Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our personalized items. Please take extra time when entering your information and reviewing your proof (on items needing proof approval) to ensure that everything is ready for print! We take great pride in our products so feel free to e-mail us at hello@shophelloharper.com with any questions or concerns.
With any designs printed in 2 colors, the registration between print colors may vary as much as an 1/8" in any direction.
ORDER PROCESSING:
On personalized products requiring proof approval, we will e-mail you a proof before putting your order into production! Please check your e-mail to approve the proof ASAP so that we can get your order into production. We are not responsible for delays due to lack of response to proof approval. Proof will be emailed in 1-3 business days. Production will not start until proof is approved!
If additional proofs are needed - there will be a $5.00 charge for each additional proof needed. Additional proofs will also delay the start of production.
Most personalized products take 12 business days after design approval in production before shipping. If you need your item sooner, a rush fee may apply.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is standard USPS, UPS Ground or Fedex Home Delivery (2-6 days) unless otherwise discussed. If you need your order sooner please e-mail us at hello@shophelloharper.com prior to placing your order - we will do everything we can to help! Additional fees may apply to rush your order.
The option to upgrade to guaranteed UPS shipping is available at checkout.
Hello Harper is not responsible once your item leaves our doorstep, so please make sure you enter your address correctly and your address is secure.
