Thank you for shopping with Hello Harper! We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for Full Price purchases for the value of the merchandise. 

Full Refunds accepted on FULL PRICE items (no sale items and no discount applied) must be sent back to Hello Harper HQ within 7 Days of the date received. Please email hello@shophelloharper.com and let us know the item is going to be sent back so that we can keep an eye out for it! 

REFUND:

All Full Priced clothing that is NEW condition - unwashed, unworn, with tags attached may be returned for a Full Refund. All Sale items, earrings, and shoes are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Hello Harper reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned. In order to continue to keep our affordable prices, customer is responsible for return shipping or you will be charged a $5 USPS return shipping fee to receive a pre-paid shipping label. 

 

PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL:

If you would like to use a pre-paid USPS label to return your items, please email hello@shophelloharper.com with your order number and item you are returning and we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print out and tape to your package.

To avoid Hello Harper's return shipping charge ($5), you may send your package back on your own to:

Securely pack your merchandise, and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of $5 USPS return shipping fee if a pre-paid label is used. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund processing. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.

 

STORE CREDIT:

Any requests initiated after 7 Days from when you received your order will be issued store credit! (must initiate exchange within 30 days!)

  •     Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date received to be issued store credit.

  •     Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached.

  •     Original invoice must be included in your return package.

  •     Any SALE or discounted items are FINAL SALE!

  •     Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.

We recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 3-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited if return was initiated within 7 Days or you will be issued store credit.
