Full Refunds accepted on FULL PRICE items (no discount applied) - you must email hello@shophelloharper.com and let us know the item is going to be sent back to Hello Harper HQ within 72 hours of receiving the item. 

Oh girl, do we know the feeling!! You bought something and it just doesn't quite fit the way you thought it would. We've got you covered!!

All Full Priced clothing that is unwashed, unworn, with tags attached may be returned for a Full Refund - Simply email us within 72 hours of receiving your order and we'll get your return started (full priced items without discounts applied only). In order to continue to keep our fabulous low prices, customer is responsible for return shipping.

Any exchange requests initiated after 72 hours from when you received your order will be issued store credit! (must initiate exchange within 14 days!)

  •     Send all returns to Hello Harper HQ in Houston,TX (address below) 
  •     Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the date received.
  •     Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached.
  •     Original invoice must be included in your return package.
  •     Any SALE or discounted items are FINAL SALE!
  •     Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
  •     Postage to send the item back to Hello Harper is on you, but if you're exchanging an item, we've got your back on the postage to send the item back to you!

We recommend using a trackable return method. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed in 2-5 business days. The original form of payment will be credited (if return was initiated within 72 hours) or you will be issued store credit.
